Super Rare Fazzino Disney Orthodontic Themed Original feature the core 6 Original Disney characters all wearing braces. 

Commissioned back in 2004 by a now retired Orthodontist in the Chicago area, this custom Fazzino is hand painted twice on canvas and then made 3-D before being hand embellished with glitter and genuine Swarovski Crystals. 

Truly an amazing and unique Charles Fazzino work of artwork.
